1. DELIVERY POLICY
You can be sure that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We can send goods practically to any country using the delivery method you chose. However, for sending to the countries other than EU and EEC countries, as well as to the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Turkey, the USA and Canada, bmg-officeworld.com will confirm a possibility of delivery by the separate letter after check of such opportunity. After you place your order, we will estimate delivery terms depending on existence of your goods, chosen delivery method and delivery point.
Goods available on warehouse will be timely delivered from 5 to 50 working days, depending on the chosen method and delivery place.
Our transportation costs depend on weight and volume of your order and the chosen delivery method.
2. ORDER RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Our purpose is providing your full satisfaction with purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your goods to compensate their cost or exchange them for other goods. The cost of goods is compensated within 7 days from the date of goods return and credited in full (without delivery cost) by the same method, as initial payment was made. Any claims for the damaged order or lacking items should be directed within 7 working days from the moment of the receipt of order.

- original packing of the producer should remain intact;
- packing should include all original products, manuals, etc.;
- return material authorization (RMA) number should be accurately designated on the package;
- returned goods should contain the copy of the original account or sales receipt.

If you want to exchange goods for goods of the same cost, as initial purchase, additional expenses on delivery or processing of your order are not required.
